Attendance Polices

Cancellation Policy

Patients are required to provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a $20 cancellation fee. This fee will be waived in cases of emergencies or extenuating circumstances, subject to the discretion of the clinic. NDIS patients will be charged a 24 hour cancellation fee regardless of circumstances. 

Refund Policy

All purchases made at the clinic are non-refundable. Gym memberships may be frozen or have their time period extended if the patient has been unable to attend. 

No Show Policy

If a patient fails to attend their appointment without prior notification to the clinic within 24 hours, they will not be re-booked until the clinic is notified. Upon a second instance of a no-show, the patient will have to pay a $20 deposit for their next booking. For Workcover and TAC patients, no-shows of 2 appointments or more will not be granted another appointment unless the clinic is notified within 24 hours, though pre-payment will not be required.

Late Attendance

Patients who arrive more than ten minutes late to their appointment may not be seen. The patient may be treated only for the remaining time of their appointment. Special considerations for late attendance may only be made at the discretion of the attending physiotherapist.
