Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a fee at the clinic’s discretion.
Refunds
Purchases made at the clinic are non-refundable. If you’re unable to attend your gym sessions during a membership period, your membership can be frozen or extended.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than ten minutes late, we may not be able to see you, or may treat you only for the remaining time of your appointment. This keeps us on time for every patient booked after you.

Our administration and reception team aren’t authorised to provide medical advice. If you have questions about your condition, please book an appointment with one of our physiotherapists.
